- Failure to pay may result in suspension of services without notice.
- Prices are subject to change with prior written notice.
5. Intellectual Property

- You may not reproduce, resell, or reverse engineer any part of the service.
6. Termination
- We may terminate or suspend your access for violations of these terms or misuse of the service.
- You may cancel your account at any time via your dashboard or by contacting support.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
- The service is provided “as is” without any guarantees of uptime or message delivery. We rely on third-party services (like WhatsApp) and cannot control their availability.
8. Limitation of Liability
- RoboAlert shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including lost sales or business disruption.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of Karachi, Pakistan.
10. WhatsApp Usage Disclaimer
- RoboAlert.app is an independent service that uses WhatsApp’s interface for message automation and alerts. We are not affiliated, endorsed, or certified by WhatsApp Inc.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining compliance with WhatsApp’s Terms of Service and policies.
- RoboAlert.app is not responsible if WhatsApp bans, blocks, or limits your number or business account due to message volume, content, or user reports.
- You are advised to avoid sending unsolicited promotional messages and always follow opt-in practices.
