1. Use of Service
- Robo Alert provides automated messaging services for order notifications, shipping updates, customer verification, and engagement via WhatsApp and other supported channels.
- You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of a business to use this service.
- You are responsible for ensuring your usage complies with applicable laws, WhatsApp Business policies, consumer rights, data protection regulations, and industry guidelines.
2. Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials.
- Any activity performed under your account is considered authorized by you.
- You must not use the service for spam, abusive content, harassment, misleading communication, or any illegal activity.
3. Messaging & Fair Use
- Free and paid plans include a limited number of message credits.
- Additional usage requires purchasing additional credits or upgrading your plan.
- Any attempt to manipulate or bypass fair usage limits may result in account suspension.
- Message delivery is not guaranteed, as it depends on third-party networks and WhatsApp availability.
4. Pricing & Payments
- All subscriptions and message credits are billed in advance.
- Failure to pay may lead to suspension or termination of service.
- Prices may be updated periodically with prior written notice.
- No refunds are provided for purchased credits, subscription fees, or unused balances under any circumstances.
5. Intellectual Property
- All software, content, branding, design, and technology used in RoboAlert.app are owned by RoboAlert or its licensors.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the platform.
6. Termination
- RoboAlert may suspend or terminate your access in cases of policy violations, abuse, or illegal use.
- You may cancel your subscription anytime through your dashboard or by contacting support.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
- The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uptime, continuous availability, or guaranteed delivery.
- System performance is dependent on external providers such as WhatsApp, hosting networks, API Providers, and internet infrastructure.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Robo Alert is not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, missed orders, business interruption, or reputation damage.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Karachi, Pakistan.
10. WhatsApp Usage Disclaimer
- RoboAlert.app is an independent automation service and not affiliated, endorsed, or certified by WhatsApp Inc.
- WhatsApp may limit, restrict, or ban numbers that violate their policies.
- RoboAlert.app is not responsible for any WhatsApp number bans, restrictions, or limitations triggered due to:
- High message volume
- User reports
- Policy violations
- Unsolicited messaging
- You must follow WhatsApp’s opt-in, content, and automation rules.
- Any loss resulting from WhatsApp actions is solely the customer’s responsibility.
11. System Availability, API & Backend Reliability
- While we make every effort to keep RoboAlert online and stable, system downtime may occur due to maintenance, third-party outages, or unexpected backend issues.
- In case of downtime or API failure, RoboAlert will attempt to restore services promptly.
- No credits, refunds, reversals, or compensation will be issued for failed deliveries, API outages, downtime, or system unavailability.
- Message credits consumed during outages or failed attempts are not refundable or reversible.
12. No Refund Policy
- All payments — including subscription fees, message credits, add-ons, and top-ups — are strictly non-refundable.
- No refunds will be provided for:
- Unused credits
- System downtime
- Delivery failures
- WhatsApp number bans
- Customer misuse or errors
- Any perceived loss or damage resulting from use of the platform
